Everything was just perfect! We were there for Christmas and got a present from the staff. They were really nice and helpful. If we ever come back to Canada, we'll definitely go back there! :)

Luggage storage until check in handy. Good location, walking distance to bus stop, shops. Upstairs lounge comfy to hang out in. Room as pictured/described on website. Multiple shower rooms along hall, practically an ensuite. Everything clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant great, we had lunch, dinner and breakfast there, all good food and reasonably priced.
A vast pool of purest turquoise blue, Lake Louise is nestled in the heart of Banff National Park. Several trails surround its shores, with guided tours taking adventurous hikers straight into the lush greenery of what’s known as Bear Country. Take a gondola at the nearby ski resort, where you’ll soar into the mountains – spotting wildlife such as lynx, grizzlies and wolves as you go.

Went in May and it was easy to book accommodation and get around. However Lake Louise Gondola doesnt open till end of the month-old Banff Gondola open year round. Best meal at the Train Station where we ate outside and watched the Rocky Mountaineer arrive. Visited the lake by Parks bus as it's $ 21 to park and only $ 11 by bus.Beautiful lake with lots of walks from it.Best to go early to miss crowds. However the routes are quite steep ! Imagine it will be packed out in the summer.

It's a gorgeous looking place on a sunny day, though expect everything to be expensive. Watch where you put your feet though - the ground isn't necessarily even, and if you stumble and twist your ankle it can be a slow painful hobble back even to the bus stop (been there, done that).

Clean, comfortable large room - much better than we were expecting given that this place is apparretly only a two star hotel. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Finding the place and parking is very easy and the location is great for exploring Lake Louise and Moraine, as well as nearby Yoho national park and the Icefields Parkway.
The hotel is located just outside of motorway 1, three minutes away from Lake Louise and five minutes from Moraine Lake.
The room was pretty and had lots of cool facilities, such as a boot heater and usb plugs. The hot tub was definitely a big plus, nothing feels better than to enter a warm bath after a hiking day.
The Fairmont Chateaux Lake Louise was a high point for us, with its fantastic location and grand nature, and accompanying price tag we expected a lot. Mostly it delivered, and the hotel upgraded our room as well but unfortunately it was under major renovations and the suite we were given was right in the midst of major works - the sound of drilling drove us out of this otherwise very beautiful suite.
The hostel was central to the village but 4-6 km away from the Lakes(uphill)There was a local bus that went to Lake Louise but you had to book to go to Lake Moraine.
The hostel was very clean with a great kitchen.
Paradise Lodge is an amazing and peaceful place in the busy area of Lake Louise. It is on walking distance of the Lake and the Fairmont Hotel. The personal was extremely friendly. We had breakfast every morning on the lawn in the early morning sun. One of the best places I have ever stayed !!
It is a small hotel/ inn around Lake Louise. The check-in was easy. The cafe was nice. The staff at the hotel and the cafe were wonderful and very welcoming. The downstairs lobby was great too. Ample parking. Good wifi too, which comes in handy when there is almost zero reception. There is a shuttle service to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Overall a nice stay for 2 days (but longer would be difficult to manage).
I just wanted to start by saying the staff at HI Lake Louise were exceptional! They were super welcoming and helpful especially with parking and recommendations for how to get to Lake Louise without the Parks Canada shuttle. The whole hostel was extremely clean especially the bathrooms and shower which was wonderful. The location is fantastic with the public bus leaving to lake Louise right outside the hostel.
Brilliant staff and great location. Shuttle from the hotel to moraine lake and the staff also drove us in their car to Lake Louise. Really enjoyable stay when visiting the lakes
