super clean. it is a private space so that is comfortable. the interior is modern. even they have also Dyson hair dryer and fan. the wash room is super spacious. You never regret to choose the house to stay.

Bin was a lovely host. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and had a balcony with sitting area. (The attached bathroom had a heated floor which was nice.) The house is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, multi-course and presented beautifully on antique/old serving ware. A comfortable and unique stay.
A great but expensive option if you’re attending the Vancouver Folk Music Festival at Jericho Beach. We chose this level of accommodation to ensure we had air conditioning. Summertime in Vancouver can be hot. Super easy to access a variety of campus restaurants and a small grocery store on foot. Parking is available for extra cost. Campus bus depot is close by if you don’t have a car.
Great location for Vancouver Folk Festival and Jericho Beach, not sure if it would be good location for others. Showers were so clean and nice. Kitchen was kept up in terms if clean, plenty of cooking equipment etc. Bed so so, but it is a hostel.
Location was excellent - near to Jericho Beach and with excellent public transit and Uber connections to the downtown. There was lots of room in the accommodation. And, despite there being a heatwave in Vancouver, it was cool, being a basement suite!
