All the tourists go there but it has gone downhill due to covid store closures and large homeless crisis (close to East Hastings Street -avoid) .saying that, they are going to make this a car free, pedestrian area this summer so it might improve

Worth a visit to see the Steam Clock in action, lovely shops and nice to stroll around. There are quite a number of homeless people in this area and we were advised by our tour guide which streets (area) to avoid and to stay together. Main street was fine and lots of people around.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was good; the hotel shares a common entry and space with residents. We enjoyed being able to walk to a lot of places including Granville Island, Gastown, and Stanley Park. The hotel was quiet, and the room was amply sized and had a comfortable bed. We were able to park at the hotel for a fee, which was nice. We also enjoyed the hot tub!
It is located in a lovely, luxurious facility that is centrally located downtown near Canada Place, Gastown, the Convention Center. Also very easy to get to Granville Island and Stanley Park.
The condo is very well appointed and nicely decorated.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Easy walk to Gastown, quick drive to Stanley Park and Granville Island, and SO many great shops on the street (especially loved eating next door at Cora's!). And for being on such a busy street, the inside of the hotel was so quiet! Absolute dream. Comfortable beds, wonderful service, great value compared to similarly located hotels. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location near the Gastown neighborhood, but off to one side....so it was easy to avoid the "bad" area of town. Staff were all friendly, and the satellite parking was really quite convenient and felt very safe. It was a great home base for exploring Vancouver.
Loved the triple shower heads in the bathroom. Disappointed to go home to my regular shower.
We will not stay in this apartment again. We experienced several minor issues and a couple of major problems.
The apartment is well stocked with amenities (things like coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent) and the first part of our stay went smoothly. There were some minor problems (broken kitchen faucet, broken shade) which have hopefully been repaired. The apartment is convenient to some good parts of Vancouver (Gastown, Chinatown) but east of the loft there are many homeless people, some openly using drugs (smoking, injecting).
The views are truly breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole apartment was very clean. The proximity to Canada Place, Gastown and China Town made this a very convenient location. The two bedrooms, sofa-bed in the living room and two full bathrooms were ideal for our family of two adults and two college kids.
The location is fabulous to explore Gastown and Chinatown. It's a couple of blocks to the port and Canada Place.
There's loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.
The BC connector bus picks up next door for an easy day out to the ferry and Victoria on Vancouver Island.
Close to the Vancouver Tower for fabulous city views.

Excellent location to all the shops at Robson St and walking distance to Canada Place, Gastown and Chinatown. Many restaurants/cafes nearby and even the breakfast food at the hotel restaurant is decent. Capilano shuttle service and hop-on/hop-off buses are right at the door step!
The room which I was in was very spacious and clean. The balcony gave me access to a good view of the city and the mountains. Beds were comfortable
they had provided us with a best room, large and has terrace. hotel location is near down town, Canada place, Water front station and Gastown stream clock, this make us easier to travel around Vancouver and embarking cruise; my main objective. Breakfast also great, there provide coffee main course and dessert with polite and kindly waiter, his name is Jenny.

Vancouver is a must see! I loved every part of my 4 day trip to this wonderful city. The people are so nice and friendly, the city is beautiful and there are lots of things to see and do for indoor and outdoor people. The food was OUTSTANDING! There is a a lot of asian influenced dining, which is fantastic, but there were also a lot of other options for those that may not be fond of that type of flavor.. There are also a lot of great pubs and taverns in Gastown and a lot of wonderful slightly more upscale restaurants in Yaletown. Vancouver offers visitors and residents the large city feel, without the mass amounts of people, all while being surrounded by snow capped mountains, beautiful harbors and little bits of charm and sophistication around every corner.
