Staff were polite and helpful, the location is excellent being close to Vancouver Port and a short work to the main shopping areas. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Pillows were nice and comfy.

a very decent view of the City was important in the enjoyment of our stay which was for 6 nights. Centrality of location was critical in allowing us to enjoy many aspects of Vancouver City life and shopping. Partner even managed to get an appointment for the hair. Abundance of good eating opportunities within walking distance, but the food on site was delightful as much as the staff was.

All the tourists go there but it has gone downhill due to covid store closures and large homeless crisis (close to East Hastings Street -avoid) .saying that, they are going to make this a car free, pedestrian area this summer so it might improve

Worth a visit to see the Steam Clock in action, lovely shops and nice to stroll around. There are quite a number of homeless people in this area and we were advised by our tour guide which streets (area) to avoid and to stay together. Main street was fine and lots of people around.

The location was perfect, close to Gastown and downtown Vancouver.
The view from the apartment was amazing. The host was attentive to our needs and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Blu. The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to Gastown, Yaletown and bus stops to other sights. There were lots of restaurants and cafes close by.
Gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. Great location near coal harbour and 20 min walk to gastown area. Good value for money. We'd had to book at late notice because we had booked another hotel which was too awful to stay in and was a sunk cost so it was perfect to find a place not too swanky but still totally fine to stay in. They let us have a late check out for free which was nice of them.
Was exactly as expected, a cheap hostel in a lovely old building, close to Gastown and shops. We booked in last minute and staff were friendly and it was convenient for a first couple of nights in Vancouver. We had a good sized room with all we needed.
The room and the hotel were really nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice but the water could be a little warmer. Location was nice, a 15 minute walk to Gastown and Stanley Park. 10 minutes to Canada place.
The location of the hostel was great, right in the center of Gastown easy walking distance to the railway station, the port and lots of places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel building itself was historic and had character.
