The main thing I will remember about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. On two occasions they went over and above what I would expect of staff. The location to the Old Town of Sarajevo was ideal. And the best bit... from the hotel door to the nearest nice bar is 3 metres !! The breakfast was as I would expect. Nothing fancy just good wholesome food.

Most of the aspects of my stay at this hotel were as I’d expect with this standard of hotel, but one stand out factor was the helpfulness of one of the receptionists (apologies, didn’t get her name) who came to my aid when extreme weather ruined my transport plans at the last minute and I had to explore alternative options under severe time pressure. She made calls for me and was a calming presence. Thank you.

Perfect location in Sarajevo, right near to the Latin bridge and a short walk to be among the old town streets. Being in a side street, it was nice and quiet at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our charming host Mia and family live on the top floor and met us on arrival. They organised an airport pick up which was great and dropped us right at the door. Very happy with our choice for the comfort and location.
The hotel is close to the Latin Bridge and Bascarsi, you can get there in a few minutes. Parking would be a bit tricky, but the hotel provides one if you reserve in advance. The room was fine, and bidet was a nice touch.
Great location right next to Bascarsija on one side and the Latin Bridge the other. We had a room with a balcony looking over the river and it was perfect. The hotel has a car park which was a big plus for us.
Belma is welcoming us and very responsive every time I text her. We can see the view of Sarajevo Oldtown from our window, walking distance to Bascarsija and Latin Bridge. The apartment also provide parking. We got the apartment at level 1, but Belma help us to carry the luggage upstairs. There also a mini market near the apartment.
Great place. Not just a room, but a small flat perfectly equipped for a couple. Air conditioned, heating, fridge... there's also a kitchen, if you ever need it. You are 6, perhaps 7 walking minutes away from the latin bridge. Very very important: the apartment feature a private parking. If you think you don't need it, try to park in Sarajevo city center...
Really nice apartment with an exceptional view over the city. We really liked having breakfast on the terrace and spending some time there in the evening and watching the city lights. It may look far from the old town, but it's not. It's really walking distance from the Latin Bridge and old town. The bathroom would need some improvements, but overall was great.
The location was very convenient. A short walk down the hill to the old town and Latin Bridge. We were able to leave our car in the parking and walk everywhere.
The view from the apartment was lovely. Very spacious.
