The estate is centered around historic Victorian house built in 1873, there are four other buildings, most units have views of Cayuga lake, some with private balconies. Each room comes with a private bathroom, free toiletries, use of the laundry facilities and free WIFI throughout the property. Flat-screen TV's with cable channels are in all rooms except the Victorian Inn. We absolutely loved it here! Already thinking of coming back in summer. Room was gorgeous , breakfast was nice and stuff was helpful! Loved the location with Falls within 15 min walk.

There was beautiful artwork on the walls and beautiful antique furniture everywhere, including the rooms. There are no TVs in the rooms which, to me, was what I was looking for. They had board games, a big common table to eat at and a bar run on very informally. I felt like I was visiting family.

At the accommodation the rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything about the staff, location, property, bar and breakfast were excellent.
