This is my first stay with a complimentary breakfast basket which was very nice. It also has casting and Apple TV which I really appreciated and isn’t common in other stays. We went in off-season and enjoyed the fireside by the sea before a concert, but would love to come back for the summer season since it has a very nice beach access and lounge area by the sand.

The property is allergy-free and is set 40 km from Eastern States Exposition Center. This inn had such a nice atmosphere. The room was big, very very clean. Lots of little thoughtful touches: a full size soap dispenser with pump, coffee machine with creamer, different teas, a couple of water bottles, lots of places to put and hang your things, lots of electric outlets. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall. Right across the bridge there's a nice tavern that serves cocktails and excellent brick oven pizza. I think it's now my favourite inn in the Amherst area.
