Would have deserved a 9. Very nicely decorated Motel in premier location in P'town for a reasonable price. Big comfortable bed, fire bowl outside. Check-in and check-out online

+ great location, very central Provincetown, easy access and easy to go to the main PTown viewpoints.
+ great crew, very friendly, helpful and listening, both for check-in or special request. They provide beach towels and sunscreen, as well as free coffee, water and other small stuff in the morning. Very well run and feels like a very friendly inn, similar to a family-run business (not your cold big anonymous hotel). The building itself is a very well preserved New England house with lots of charm.
+ good comfort overall. The room is accurate to picture. I was staying in the Annex, that you access from the patio instead of the main lobby. The room has an AC, a little fridge, a desk with a TV, and a comfortable enough queen size bed. Bathroom and bedroom felt very clean, renovated, and "elegantly" furnished. Despite the seemingly old age of the building, it does not show at all.
+ If you come for the events, they are much fun and some would turn the main living-room into a cabaret-like space that just feels special.
Situated in Truro, less than 1 km from Cold Storage Beach, Prince of Whales features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

Great cabin perfect as a base to explore the cape and surrounding areas. Only a 10 min drive to Provincetown and a 4 min drive to a great little breakfast place on the highway. Cabin was spotlessly clean and had basic kitchen items and the TV was a bonus. Quiet area and plenty of parking. Super comfortable bed.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Exceeded our expectations! Property is absolutely adorable with extremely comfortable rooms and cozy deck places to enjoy the property! Spencer, our host, went over and beyond to welcome us and make sure our stay was perfect! He made a special, delicious breakfast every morning! Very walkable and there was a parking space for our car! Don’t hesitate at all! Book a room at this Inn!!! You won’t regret! It was the BEST part of our trip!
The Provincetown Inn is truly a slice of Americana from the age of motor-inns. The hallways tell a history lesson of Ptowns rich past. Dated? Yes! A little dog-eared and although I could see some updates helping the experience, not sure just how much more modern I’d like it to become. My room was clean (but could have used some dusting and de sanding of my floor. That said, my room had a walk out deck to the ocean so I know it’s hard to keep it spotless. Comfortable bed as well
Good no-frills spot for a quick P-Town getaway, but not for the bouge-y or fussy types. This Inn is very nice but not fancy, it's clean and basic nadn does have a lot of nice homey touches. Comfortable room and easy convenient parking. It is a bit far to walk to the downtown area so just be mindful of that.
Paul made us feel so welcome from the minute we booked. The check in was easy, even when we arrived at midnight! The room was perfect. The shared areas had me worried, but they invited conversation with the other guests who quickly became friends. The breakfast and happy hour were awesome… but the real winner was location. Right in the heart of it all in the Main Street. Look no further, book this place!!!
free breakfast , parking and Wifi greatly appreciated
Fire pit (when it was working ) was nice to enjoy
the beach is well equipped with loungechairs
the beach towels offer was appreciated
the fact that there was a restaurant next door (Fanizzi)was definitely a big plus, for lunch or dinner
They did not offer a breakfast but offered 4.00 coffe vouchers to a coffee cafe 10 minutes away.i had to ask for a tv remote and had to subsequently request it to be programmed. I have stayed at the Ritz off season for 700/ night on Amelia island and got far better service, amenities and facilities. I would not stay here again nor recommend this Inn.
