Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

The house is magnificent. We met new friends during our stay. Everyone was really great. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was a really nice touch. Cody was great.

Set in a converted mill dating from 1870, this unique boutique Inn sits on the banks of the Mill River, 5 miles from downtown Northampton. Set in a beautiful calm location next to a river. Newly renovated spacious stylish and clean room. Very good beer they sell on site and delicious baked goods. Deb was especially nice and helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. Recommend!
