Simply one of the best places worldwide we ever visited. There was fresh fruit and avocado in the fridge everyday and you are welcome to stroll around on the premises and pick any of the seasonal fruits. We ate lychee e.g. directly from the tree. It's a must if you visit big island and like to be in the less crwoded countryside.

Located 1 mile from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, this Volcano historical lodge features a hot tub. Lava viewing at Halema'uma'u Crater is 4 miles away. Kilauea Lodge was everything we love - relaxed, cozy, and incredibly beautiful. Staff were very nice and helpful and the surrounding areas are as magnificent as you would imagine. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for the perfect vacation. We went for our honeymoon and it was simply amazing! Great room, territory, amazing breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. We have enjoyed every moment we stayed here.

The drive to the hotel sets the tone! Amazing boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. The waterfall is stunning. Breakfast is good. Would definitely return if travelling this way again

The location if you want to be near the pier is excellent. The family running it was very kind and helping. I will re visit

Volcano Forest Inn is located in the middle of a rainforest. Views from a furnished patio is featured is all rooms at Volcano Forest Inn. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is 18 minutes’ walk away. Very cozy big room, and lots of fruit available for breakfast! Not so far from the Volcano Parks Visitor Center either, yet still tucked away private in the jungle. Jon was so quick to respond and very helpful as well. Awesome spot to stay for a night or more! :)
