And, although the establishment has no a/c, the night (in mid-July) cooled down quickly and the provided fan was more than sufficient.

You can hear the upstairs people but not bad. Check in was via an envelope in the lobby. In the room was a nice homemade bread. Hot water took a bit to get warm. Bed was comfy.

Small lodge compared to others - cosy feeling! Super attentive host. He did ship two parcels with gifts for us as we were not able to complete the label purchase of a simple rate label at UPS online. He bought the labels for us without any surcharge and even brought the parcels to UPS!!!!
