Extraordinary is the combination of Extra and Ordinary, Joe and his three brothers met us at the front door and we were ushered out of the ordinary and into a spacious, colorful living history with all the modern amenities. Extraordinary, beyond, outside of expectation... Along the way, we met their Uncle, his daughter, and later their Father. Finally, out of the blue, we met their Mom a vibrant and immediately inclusive way about her. During the few days we spent we found out more and more about what this family means to the community and could not help but appreciate the accomplishments they seem to thrive on creating and sharing. There is a real sense of hard work, near genius vision, love and an ability to laugh with unguarded ease.

Hotel St Nicholas is located in Cripple Creek and features a bar. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This is the only place I stay when coming to Cripple Creek. Old, historical, creaky floors and beautiful views. Hang out in the Boiler Room bar and make new friends!! Including Bill the bartender and sometimes the owner. Sit in the parlor and if you’re lucky, the piano man will play for you! Highly recommend!!

The North Face Lodge features accommodation in Lake City. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The owner greeted us as we arrived. Was helpful in answering our questions and even provided coal (there was a propane grill too), lighter fluid, and Seasonings for our dinner that night. Beds were comfy. And, although the establishment has no a/c, the night (in mid-July) cooled down quickly and the provided fan was more than sufficient.

Abram Inn & Suites provides air-conditioned rooms in Ouray. The inn features family rooms. Guest rooms in the inn are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Large comfy room , good location at the top of the road east walking distance to restaurants, breakfast was a restaurant down the road

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Mancos Inn and Hostel is situated in Mancos, 10 km from Mesa Verde National Park Visitor Center. Wonderful inn that made us feel at home right away. The rooms were cosy and there is a very nice garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. Mancos is also a very interesting town with lots of art. If I could design my ideal stay, this would be it! Highly recommend!

The Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Estes Park. Nice room and place, wonderful facilities.

Featuring free WiFi, The Ouray Main Street Inn offers pet-friendly accommodations in Ouray. Free parking is available on site. Large, extremely clean room. Had the cascade room which is the lower floor facing the Main Street. Surprisingly quiet. You can hear the upstairs people but not bad. Check in was via an envelope in the lobby. In the room was a nice homemade bread. Hot water took a bit to get warm. Bed was comfy.

Teller House features accommodation in Silverton. With free WiFi, this 3-star inn offers a concierge service. Guests can enjoy mountain views. At the inn the rooms are fitted with bed linen and... Caretakers are excellent! Fun folks that care!

Lovely room, very comfortable with useful kitchenette and facilities. Very pleasant greeting on arrival, extremely friendly team at the Hilltop. Free parking too.

Delicious breakfast, very welcoming host. Lots of nice touches, such as DVD movies to watch and complementary bikes to ride around town.
