We had a wonderful time, private beach, very quiet, super friendly and helpful staff. We came for the beach and wanted to swim in the sea and that is exactly what we got. Wonderful. When our pick-up for the ferry was delayed, reception kept us informed what was happening and when the pick-up would arrive. Great service.

Staff are more amazing than any other place. Very friendly and helpful. Will make calls for you to organize snorkelling tours, etc. Taxi drivers know this place by name. Super comfortable.

Surprisingly good. Ticked all of the boxes. Very clean room, larger than expected, nice bed, nice balcony, a bunch of stuff like wifi, cable TV, and refrigerator that I didn't use. Room smelled fresh. Great natural light. The price was great given the location and peak season. On a quiet street, a couple of minutes walk from Lamai Beach and commercial centre. The manager was pleasant, direct, and straight forward. Passport, money, keys, done. Doesn't look like much from outside, and it's by no means a high end offering, but they've nailed the basics. Wish I could've stayed for longer but they were booked out.
Chaweng City Center , Chaweng
Chaweng Terrace provides charming accommodation with private balconies, a 5-minute drive from Chaweng Centre and Chaweng Beach. It features a 24-hour convenience store, a tour desk and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Really liked that it was quiet at night. The whole place was very clean. They arranged a taxi for me for cheaper than other places. I also got upgraded to a private room which was lovely with a massive bed.

Orchid Residence is situated within a 5-minute walk from Chaweng Beach and Chaweng Centre. Offering modern air-conditioned rooms, the hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi in public areas, a tour desk and rental services for car and motorbike. We liked the location and the room was very big. The woman at the reception was absolutely friendly even though there were some problems during the check in. Furthermore we had a big window and the air conditioning was working.
Perfect stay in beautiful beach houses. Beautiful beach, however Koh Tao is better snorkeling, with stones, coral and colourful fishes. Great infinity pool with super View over the bay and nice inner pool with bubble bath. Good and quiet location but near enough to Lamai and Chaweng beach
This place is what I needed to end my travel, it’s peaceful and literally on thé beach. Thé place is rustic but full of confort
The location was lovely and the overall ambiance of the Villas excellent. We had a plunge pool villa which was spacious and well appointed, even if we used the plunge pool only once due to the mosquitos! The Chef's Table restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and all day dining. We were surprised about the lack of patrons for evening dinners, so most nights we had a private restaurant with the most wonderful outlook. Food reasonable but not exceptional. The staff were fantastic and so personable, a highlight of our stay.
The location on the beach, good sea, very attentive and kind staff, always willing to help, good food (breakfast and lunch/dinner at the pool restaurant). A few restaurants around. Special thanks to Pim from the restaurant who made lovely every breakfast for our daughter.
Very clean spacious rooms, staff were very friendly and pool area was great. We only had one dinner in hotel which was over priced. We had no problem with the road crossing which was manned by security.
Room is extremely spacious and super clean; accommodation is very new and in top notch condition, kitchen appliances are of quality (e.g. SMEG). Bed very comfortable, strong flow of water in the shower. Private pool was very clean. Staff is friendly, attentive and very responsive. Dinner options at the restaurant were very good and same for breakfast (choice of a starter, a bread basket and a main, selection of fresh juices etc.).
A fantastic family hotel. Great service and nice rooms and facilities. The adults only pool was a nice little haven away from the rest of the hotel. The food selction for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. The location was fantastic with what felt like a private beach. The rooms were a great size and cleaned very well. I would recommend this hotel and hope to get back one day!
We appreciate the beautiful birthday gesture in which balloons and flowers were displayed on the bed. The property itself was beautiful with modern interior and a beautiful sea view. We also dined in the restaurant for dinner and had an amazing meal with reasonable pricing.
The customer service was excellent. The food was great. I ate breakfast every morning and had dinner one night. Very good.
What a view!! So beautiful and peaceful. The location is great. Away from the tourist crowds yet not so far away on a short motorbike ride for anything you need. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful. The innkeeper (Kai) went above and beyond to help us with planning and was there for anything you needed. I can't say enough good things about the staff and hotel. We will be back.
