On arrival day we got a room balcony located to the street, it was impossible to sleep at night because of the noisy, but the next day we asked the administration and they changed our room. The view was nice, we saw snakes on the tree, squirrels, it was very fun especially for our toddler :) The location of the hotel is great as well.

The staff were incredible the most kind friendly people I have ever met. I can’t thank them enough the rooms were cleaned everyday and water bottles provided everyday. The beds were comfy and cleans and I just enjoyed everything about this place. Good value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone and would be back to stay here again. The location was lovely and the overall ambiance of the Villas excellent. We had a plunge pool villa which was spacious and well appointed, even if we used the plunge pool only once due to the mosquitos!
The Chef's Table restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and all day dining. We were surprised about the lack of patrons for evening dinners, so most nights we had a private restaurant with the most wonderful outlook. Food reasonable but not exceptional.
The staff were fantastic and so personable, a highlight of our stay.

Thank you for super comfortable beds!!!. As I have issues with back I asked in advance for softer topper and bed was super soft. Check-in was fast and rooms provided little before check-in time. Various and tasty breakfast, good cleaning, always fresh towels and good bed linnen. Polite and friendly stuff. Special thanks for water, bath robes and slippers in the room. For me this is some quality ratio.We stayed here for the 2nd time. We like this property but for us still little bit pricy. There is possible to take sup-boards free of charge.
Property was very beautiful at a very popular beach! Restaurant overlooking the ocean with beach front - where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Secret tip - pay a little more for room #601!! Hotel staff almost everyone provided outstanding service. Thank you boom who allowed us to enjoy the restaurant when we made a silly mistake! Your solution made us want to come to your restaurant more and more 🤗🥳
