Very clean room, larger than expected, nice bed, nice balcony, a bunch of stuff like wifi, cable TV, and refrigerator that I didn't use. Room smelled fresh. Great natural light. The price was great given the location and peak season. On a quiet street, a couple of minutes walk from Lamai Beach and commercial centre. The manager was pleasant, direct, and straight forward. Passport, money, keys, done. Doesn't look like much from outside, and it's by no means a high end offering, but they've nailed the basics. Wish I could've stayed for longer but they were booked out.

El Chaweng Terrace ofrece alojamientos encantadores con balcón privado a 5 minutos en coche del centro y la playa de Chaweng. Great value for money. Amazing place considering the price. Ended up staying here twice it was so good. Staff are great, rooms are clean and the location is ideal.

El Orchid Residence se encuentra a unos 5 minutos a pie de la playa y el centro de Chaweng. We liked the location and the room was very big. The woman at the reception was absolutely friendly even though there were some problems during the check in. Furthermore we had a big window and the air conditioning was working.
