We arrived late, but the owner put together a charcuterie board for us to take to our room. They helped us with suggestions and dinner the next night at the restaurant was delicious! I wish the weather was better so we could enjoy the beautiful pool.

I've never been treated with such hospitality and kindness as here, especially the host, Jacquein, who made my stay a real pleasure with great sense of humour and knowledgable facts and highlights about the region! The room was very spacious and beautiful with traditional elements. There were cosy common areas where you could meet with other people and a lot of info materials about the Geres region. Breakfast was delitious (one of the best coffee and the most delitious chocolate cake I've had) with a variety of things to choose from. The views from the rooms towards the mountain were breathtaking.

Casa 42 is located in the historic centre of Monção. The concierge / owner is very friendly and attentive. Casa 42 provides clean and functional accommodation for a very fair price. Our room was very quiet, beds were cozy, shower with excellent water pressure. Highly recommended if you want to experience this vibrant and charming border town at the river Minho.

Baariga Casa dos Cobertos asub Norte piirkonnas Terras de Bouros, 11 km kaugusel Sao Bento da Porta Aberta pühamust ja 14 km kaugusel Canicada järvest. Location is exceptional. The facilities are far better than 4 star hotels. All rooms have a very good river and Mountain View. Staffs are very helpful.
