Perfectly situated in between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi. Bus stop down the street along with a huge food court and a stone throw away from the beach. Location is 10-20 minutes away from city centre depending on traffic. Clean room, large bathroom size and excellent facilities. Easy access to beach front with great views at dawn/dusk. I look forward to staying here again!

Have a medium-sized fridge, and you can buy extra snacks if you want(prepared in the room). The owner was friendly, provided all the necessary information and was easy to communicate. Also, they offer extra food for breakfast(good customer service). Definitely will come back again! Totally worth it
