The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Room in itself was very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to all who are travelling to Penang!

Situated within 3.9 km of Queensbay Mall and 10 km of 1st Avenue Penang, Lee Luxury Home, USM Penang features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Gelugor. I stayed here for 2 months. The best place you could stay in. The owner is soooo lovely and always there for help. The place is clean, comfortable, and whatever you want, Mr lee always there to help. I will come back to penang next year. I will not stay anywhere else

The room: Big bed, big room, big bathroom, toilet bidet with good pressure, well functioning heater in the shower, well functioning aircond The location: pretty good location , within walking distance to Kek lo si (literally just beside), the morning pasar (road side market) is abit too crowded to walk along because of busy traffic in the morning. Overall very strategic location.
