The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Cannot possibly recommend this place highly enough. This is THE PLACE to stay in Sri Lanka and the owners are the absolute best people. The place, the food and the hosts are all amazing and this is easily the best value for money we received in Sri Lanka. The owners, Vasant and Dulani are the warmest people who entertained all of our requests with unwavering patience and Vasant was kind enough to take us to see the lake nearby and even dropped us at the bus station with his car. Host is really nice and ready to help you. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. ideal location, and very good value for money. I will come back and thank you.

The design of the room was very rustic and modern. It was a clean, beautiful and relaxing place. We enjoyed every corner of it, pool, restaurant, the room... The breakfast and the dinner was so delicious. The staff, Ranga and Sucheera was so helpful about everything and smiley. We really enjoyed all of it. Highly recommend this place! :)
Had an amazing stay at Dambulla Kings Inn. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet! They were so kind, attentive and are really lovely people. The guest house is located away from the busy town and roads and is super quiet with a nice garden. The room was spacious, clean and comfy! Breakfast was great too! Highly recommend staying here. The stay to Cattleya Guest House was great, the breakfast was very good, our host offered us hospitality and cooked us a wonderful dinner.
Small family run guest house, very clean and tidy. great A/C.. the included breakfast is excellent everyday. Had the best local dishes for dinner cooked by Sithi and his wife. Perfect location close to Sigiriya and Pidurangala… Owner has own tuk tuk to drive you around as required for a small fee… Sithi and his family are so friendly and this place was a gem to stay at. He even took me to Polonaruwa for the day in his tuk tuk… the best way to drive around the ancient ruins in the heat.
We loved our stay at Cattleya Guest House! We even extended our stay. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy, the whole area that surrounds the house is nice and quiet... and the hospitality of the owner is supreme. He provided us with delicious breakfast and dinner for a little cost, helped us with scooter rental and recommendations, and even waited for the bus with us. The wifi is strong and stabile! We are happy, that we choose to stay here.
Dinesh and his family run the Otunna Guest House with passion and care. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed vey confortabile. The garden is amazing, Dinesh’s mother is a wonderful cook: she uses local food, most of them organic. We had the best dinner and breakfast of the entire trip! Dinesh also gave us very useful tips for our journey and supported us with transportation. We warmly recommend Otunna Guest House for your stay in Sigiriya!
We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend this lovely guest house. Dinesh was a brilliant host - very friendly and helpful and we felt really comfortable and relaxed here. The room was a great size and had everything we needed - the garden and balcony area was also really tranquil and beautiful. We ate breakfast and dinner here and the food cooked by Dinesh’s mum was absolutely delicious!
The Otunna guest house made my travel way more easy and fun! Dinesh, the owner, was really kind and supportive. He arranged transportations and shared with us nice travel tips. Food was amazing. We had all dinners and breakfasts at the guest house. The accommodation was really cozy and clean, surrounded by beautiful garden. The location was perfect!
