Dating back to the 18th century and set in a picturesque location overlooking Chipperfield Common, this countryside retreat exudes character and charm. Close to Warner Bros. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Situated in Harpenden, a 10-minute drive from Luton Airport, The Old Cock Inn features free WiFi. The M1 is a short drive away and offers access to central London in less than an hour. The rooms were fabulous so clean and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in when traveling, the bathroom was amazing modern clean and the bath and shower had loads of hot water and great water pressure.

A charming 17th-century coaching inn, The White Hart Hotel offers luxury accommodation, with good access to the A1(M) and a 20-minute train or car journey from London. The owner and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Almost didn't want to leave. The food was first class.
