Overlooking Stonehaven harbour, The Ship Inn was built in 1771 and offers modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TVs. breakfast was amazing!! we also booked the restaurant for dinner and the seafood was wonderful. ladies in the hotel/restaurant extremely friendly! This is 2nd time at this hotel

Balmoral Arms is situated in village of Ballater, in the centre of Royal Deeside. The property offers open log fires and free WiFi. The location was great and staff very friendly. Perfect place to rest in the area, not too far from Balmoral castle.

As a family of 5, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, comfortable beds, big bathroom. As a Pub Bn'B it was great and excellent value for money. Aside from the actual accomodation, 2 other reasons Seafield Arms is a must do are 1) The food in the restaurant. Its amazing and spans classic pub fare made to perfection (I had the lasagne burger which is not exactly as it sounds) to bordering on fine dining level cuisine (if its on the menu that day you have to try the crab bisque - its exceptional). 2) they put a lot of effort into the beer garden and nailed it. They've managed to capture a vibe you can't achieve just by throwing money at something. Plus it has a nice play area for kids that my children didn't want to leave. The actual bar was packed when we arrived for a football game so its obviously popular with the locals too. Bonus points here if you're a Man U fan.

Em Forres, a cerca de 36 km de Castelo de Inverness, The Old Mill Inn apresenta um jardim, quartos não fumador e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Incredibly friendly staff once we arrived and when we were leaving. Breakfast was included which was amazing! Clean room and bathroom. Location was great and easy to find. Would highly recommend! 10/10

Newburgh Inn está localizado a 10 minutos de Aberdeen e Ellon, a 5 minutos a pé de uma praia e da Reserva Natural Nacional Forvie, lar de uma colónia de focas. Great location for our purposes Excellent room. Food good. Staff excellence! Minor glitch with the booking sorted out efficiently. Pays to call the hotel the day before to check especially if you have made changes on Booking.com.

The Ardennan House Hotel is a charming Scottish family run hotel which has been renovated to a nice standard with modern, comfortable furnishings. All of the above, we enjoyed our stay immensely and the staff were so efficient and easy to talk to. Our room was clean every day. Room 17 was the best room for us. We had delicious meals there, including the breakfasts. We met lots of travelers from all over the place. Thanks to everyone who attended to our every need.

Great property in an amazing location. The welcome glass of wine was a nice touch but the main reason I would stay again, is the service levels. The owners really went above an beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely recommend to a friend!
