The Hosts were so passionate about cleanliness, service, presentation, and meals. They provided a top-notch stay and made sure you had everything you needed. There is no shortage of anything. Meals were home cooked tasty meals and certainly not minimal on size. You can tell Sarah and David take great pride in what they offer and make everyone feel welcome. My husband is still raving about the egg and bacon sandwich, says it was the best he had in over 30 years if ever. I am a little jealous I didn't get one. Outstanding, 11 out of 10 !!!

Teviotside Travel Inn Ltd ligger i Hawick, 26 km från Melrose Abbey, och har en gemensam lounge, rökfria rum samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Värdshuset erbjuder familjerum. It felt like home rather than a hotel. Lovely lounge to sit in. Staff very easy to contact by phone. Immaculate presentation.

The Tushielaw Inn ligger i Selkirk och har en trädgård, en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Värdshuset ligger 35 km från Melrose Abbey och 23 km från Traquair House. We did not realise the hotel was 15 miles from the town of Selkirk, (we were on a hiking trip) but the owner immediately offered to come and pick us up. The restaurant was closed because of her birthday, but she invited us to join the party and offered us a free meal. The only thing we had to do in return was sing karaoke:-) We had a lovely evening with very friendly people!

Situated in Eddleston, in the picturesque Scottish Borders, The Horseshoe Inn features an award-winning restaurant and elegant bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. There is also free parking. The rooms were in a separate building from the bar/restaurant so were quiet. Nice room with king size bed with bath & shower. Nice finishing touches like robes, toiletries & irn bru & tunnocks caramel wafers. Also umbrellas at the entrance for guest use (ideal when it rained during most of our visit). Bed was really comfy & room clean. Staff really friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cutty Sark Inn ligger i Eyemouth och erbjuder strandnära boende med bland annat en trädgård och en bar. Eyemouth Beach ligger en kort bit bort. There was no breakfast but they told me that. The location was right by the beach and you could hear the waves.

George and Abbotsford ligger i Melrose och erbjuder en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en restaurang och en bar. Facilitirs snd situation great and vrry friendly anf helpful staff. A lovely few days

Detta prisbelönta värdshus med anor från 1836 ligger i St Boswells. Hotellet ligger i hjärtat av Scottish Borders och erbjuder elegant boende, en prisbelönt bar och restaurang samt en charmig... Breakfast menu was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and en-suite was lovely. Garden was beautiful.
