It was so nice to be able to sit outside at one of the tables in the garden and enjoy the setting sun with supper. Breakfast was spectacular and prepared at the moment. We were not bothered by noise at night even though there is an adjoined pub. Perhaps that depends on the particular day of the week. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The location requires dexterity to reach form Luton. We suggest a taxi from Luton airport if you don;t have a car.

It is close to restaurants and stores, with reasonable walking distance to both the bus station and train station. The room was small but comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are down the hall. They were clean.

Rooms feature a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a trouser press. All rooms have bathrooms with a bath and shower. The young man on reception was lovely, friendly and helpful, but the room was dusty and crowded and I had to clean it myself before unpacking.
