A beautiful country pub with lovely rooms. The food is fantastic and they have a great value wine list. They're very dog-friendly, too.

Located 8 miles from the historic cities of Bath and Bristol, The Carpenters Arms is in the tranquil and scenic hamlet of Stanton Wick, near the village of Pensford, in the heart of the Chew Valley... beautifully located and decorated. The art work was fascinating. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was fabulous and the choices excellent.

The Black Fox ligger i centrala Bath och erbjuder en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Värdshuset har gratis WiFi och ligger ungefär 9 minuters promenad från The Circus Bath och 300 m från Bath... Läget är helt perfekt i mitten av staden och ändå lugnt. Frukosten var toppen där man fick ett antal olika frukostar att välja mellan. Personalen var trevlig och goda öl och gin i baren. Menyn var alldeles lagom stor och de rätter vi åt var alla vällagade. Försöker hitta något negativt att skriva men kommer inte på något. Åker gärna tillbaka hit till Bath och detta hotell för det gav mersmak. Vill man ha England på riktigt så skall man bo här. Mycket prisvärt !!!

We found this hotel very clean and beds very comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was prompt and delicious! Will be booking again!

The Bear in Bath offers luxurious accommodation in addition to its relaxing restaurant and bar. Breakfast was excellent. Room very clean. Just like their official photos. Toilet is very spacious ( I stayed in their family room) with a standing bath tub. Staffs are friendly. Location is away from the city centre and uphill. Didn't affect us as we drove to there. Quite place.
