This 16th-century inn is situated 3 km from the town of Christiansfeld. It offers old world charm in a quiet setting. Both central Kolding and Grønninghoved Beach are 20 minutes’ drive away. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The restaurant was good. Everything very lovely

Phenomenal staff. Phenomenal location. I wish I could have stayed longer. When I needed to cut my trip short, the owner was very understanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Located in the southern Jutland town of Løgumkloster, this retreat centre is on the grounds of an old Cistercian monastery and church. It offers free WiFi and buffet restaurant. First time during our trip in Denmark we have so many vegetarian options during breakfast and during dinner. Super! It is a special place, with special atmosphere, completely quaiet, near the old medieval church with very interesting history. Very friedly and practical arrangement of the room. Absolutely quaiet.

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. Location is great and the room that we got was very spacious and lovely - we loved the old school vibes! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and warm covers. I appreciated the option to open windows and the blinds as I like to sleep in the dark. Breakfast didn’t have tons of options but all the staples were available; eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls + yoghurt and cereal and fresh fruit. No fresh juice but bottled drinks in several flavors were pretty good!

Brobyværk Kro is located in Brobyværk town centre, next to the Odense River. It offers rooms with seating areas, TVs, free WiFi and parking. This place is a gem. Really nice inn in a small town. Excellent breakfast. Very nice restaurant--we enjoyed the "Sunday Roast" dinner. Beautiful view from the dining room--reminded me of a Monet garden painting. Clean modern rooms-recently updated. Close to the Egeskov castle which is a must see. Also close to Sandholt Slot which is not open to the public, but can be viewed from the road.

This cosy inn is in the South Jutland village of Agerskov. Dating back to the 1700s, it provides Danish cuisine and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is a historic inn in the center of a very small town. The room is basic, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The large bed is comfortable. The young woman who staffs the reception desk was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. The restaurant is huge and very nice! Apparently people come from all over the region for dinner. The large breakfast buffet has every possible option and is delicious. We really liked the fact that the hotel invited guests to pack a “to go” lunch from the breakfast buffet.

Danish cuisine, free WiFi and simple modern rooms with cable TV are available at this refurbished early 1800s inn. It is centrally situated 300 metres from Give Station. The rooms, breakfast and location was perfect^^ Nice staff at the breakfast, but check in and out is mostly no contact, although we were welcomed at our arrival by the hostel chief. Also very nice that the rooms had a medium large fridge we could use!
