The Patagonian Museum is 400 metres away. A wonderful place to stay when visiting Puerto Natales. Great location near the centre and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. It was also quiet so a goods nights sleep was made all the easier. Good Wi-Fi. Rodrigo is a wonderful host and is always available to offer advise. Great Breakfast. Overall you are guaranteed a great experience.

Our stay at Vinnhaus was excellent, huge room that was impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall, we had a great stay at Riverline Lodge and it was a good base for visiting Torres del Paine, without paying the high prices to stay in the park. The dining options are very limited in Cerro Castillo, fortunately the dinner offered here was quite good and reasonably priced. The staff were very kind and helpful, including offering hiking recommendations, helping us dry out wet camping gear and arranging an early breakfast so that we could depart for a long hiking day.
The photos don't do it justice. Our cabin's view was incredible and the location is very convenient. We loved being able to come back after visiting the park to relax and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also highly recommend going to dinner at Pampa Lodge. We ate there three times because it was so good and great prices (walking distance from the cabins). The cabin was the perfect home base for our stay.
Amazing location with wonderful views of Rio Serrano. The staff were so helpful especially Francisco and Paula. The chef was fabulous with the dinners —wow.

The view of the lake from our room was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, especially when I accidentally locked the safe on our arrival. It's a bit of a walk to the town, but we went there to do laundry. We didn't want to walk to town again that night for dinner, so we ate at the hotel. We thought the dinner was very good, as was the service.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet had enough variety for our 4 night stay, and dinner was fantastic. Located a short drive from park entrance. Comfortable beds and very peaceful, however walls are thin.

Very sweet Hosteria and gracious hosts. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a lovely view. Hot water was available and the dinner was exceptional. WiFi was also very good. An overall great experience.
Very warm hospitality by a family owned Hosteria. On our first night we went for dinner at the big hotel near by but were disappointed. On the 2nd night we stayed for dinner and it was a great experience . The cook made great dinner and they were caring and devoted for good service.
