Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. L’hostal està a 5’ de l’estació d’autobuses i a només 15’ de la Plaza de Armas. El passseig de l’hostal al centre és molt pla i agradable. Les habitacions son petites pero molt ben acondicionades. Bon armari, bona calefacció, dutxa amb molt bona presió d’aigua, bon wifi. Esmorzar tipus bufet molt complert. La Beatriz, la propietaria, molt atenta. Es un hostal, però està molt per sobre de la majoria d’hotels on ens hem allotjat. Absolutament recomebable!

The house owners are very nice, he waited for us till 3am, and served delicious breakfast. He is a super nice guy and I really enjoy staying here.

This is the place to stay in Porvenir! It is a lovely old building with great character. The host was very welcoming. It was New Year's Day and all the restaurants were closed. He made us lovely cheese and ham toasties and even gave me a bottle of beer! The breakfast was very good and nice and early as we needed to get to the Parque Penguino Rey by 10:00 am. An interesting detail is that his Father wrote the famous "Birds of Chile" book which you find everywhere, usually in Spanish. There is plenty of parking on the street outside.

Located in Puerto Natales and with Puerto Natales Bus Station reachable within 2.2 km, Keoken Patagonia provides a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The host Rodrigo is super nice and friendly. The room was nice, clean, and warm. The breakfast was very complete with eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread, ham, and cheese. When we had to get up early to catch a 7am bus, he woke up early to make us breakfast and called a taxi for us. When we had to get up super early to catch a 6am bus, he let us use his kitchen to make our breakfast. When we went away for 5 days to do the W Trek in Torres del Paine, he stored our luggage. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and offered a good breakfast. The receptionist Esteban was very helpful, I forgot the medication behind me at the hostel when we left for puerto natales, he took the medicine to the bus station and I had it delivered that same afternoon at peurto natales. I am so grateful for their excellent hospitality, it is very rare that you find genuine kind people like him nowadays. They offered an excellent service. Highly recommended. We stayed their for two nights.

Christian welcomed us kindly in the hostel with good advice and tips. It is a small and cozy place where you feel right at home. The shower’s hot and runs really well. The kitchen has everything you need in order to make meals. Only a 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The wifi works well. Really enjoyed our stay here - thank you!
