The primary host we dealt with, Thomas (sorry if spelling is wrong) was perfect. He was always available if required but was always discreet and courteous. The breakfast is everything you could possibly want. The restaurant provides superb evening meals. A private terrace for hotel residents is a superb touch.

Breakfast was also great! Good value for being so close to the larger resorts for skiing and other winter and summer activities.

Everything about this place, the host did everything she can to make it as comfortable as possible. The location between the mountains with the spa area is amazing! Everything is so cozy decorated, and you feel like coming home from the second you step in.

We received a warm welcome on arrival by the owner with an immediate offer to take us to the train station complimentary. That was only the start of all the personal touches. Twin room had 3 beds in. We requested if they could cook us a omelette or fried eggs instead of the eggs they served for breakfast. It was no bother and done with a smile. Instead of just dropping us off at the railway station the manager carried our luggage and introduced us to the man behind ticket counter. All these small and so important things are not seen other. Well done from seasoned worldwide travellers.

This hotel was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland in early September. It's a hip take on a mountain chalet that has its own funky personality.
