The primary host we dealt with, Thomas (sorry if spelling is wrong) was perfect. He was always available if required but was always discreet and courteous. The location between the mountains with the spa area is amazing! Everything is so cozy decorated, and you feel like coming home from the second you step in.

We requested if they could cook us a omelette or fried eggs instead of the eggs they served for breakfast. It was no bother and done with a smile. Instead of just dropping us off at the railway station the manager carried our luggage and introduced us to the man behind ticket counter. All these small and so important things are not seen other. The Drei Berge Hotel is facing the three highest peaks in Switzerland and is named after them (The Three Mountains). The Jungfrau peak is protected by UNESCO and gives its name to the restaurant where you can drink water of the valley, the purest in the world. This hotel was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland in early September. It's a hip take on a mountain chalet that has its own funky personality. We loved the decor and luxury amenities, which are well represented by the pictures in the listing.
