Fantastic room. We had an upstairs room with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed in partially screened off lounge area for us and our 16 year old daughter -perfect and really big. Lovely and clean and modern. Small but good gym. Absolutely perfect location just south of canal street and so close to Chinatown and Little Italy for dinner after a long day sightseeing.

The hotel is well located, it is quite small which is what we wanted. We were on the 21st floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. All we wanted in the room, comfortable beds, coffee making machine, a little fridge. There is a wardrobe with hangers, the bathroom is big and has nice toiletries. Complimentary coffee and iced water in the lobby. We didn't try the restaurant but they serve breakfast and dinner. There is a rooftop bar which we couldn't go to with a child, which is a pitty, but this is the USA.

Loved the evening “Indulgence Hour(s)” with light dinner food and beer and wine served. Saved us a lot on dinners in NY after a day of sight seeing. Room was comfortable as expected and the breakfast was good., with lots of variety.

Excellent location, 2-min walk from nearest subway 1. As a female solo traveller, I found the neighbourhood safe, very quiet at night. The hostel organises pub crawls and events almost everyday as well as free walking tours. There is a nice cafeteria serving food and beverages from breakfast to dinner. There's a kitchen with own hobs and fridges to store food in. Overall, the value for money is good

This was our first time staying in the Hilton Garden Inn. In the financial district we absolutely love the location as it was right next-door to our favorite restaurant Fraunces Tavern. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and helped us with directions and locations and our way around the area. Would definitely stay here again.!!!

Location is brilliant! You can easily walk to Times Square in 5-10 mins and there were lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance. Recommend’Juniors’ for breakfast and the brazen tavern for a drink and dinner. We also had one drink at the rooftop bar ‘Serafina’ (see pic for view) before a Broadway show one night.

Our stay was pleasant and fulfilled our needs. Very close to the train station which was great. I booked the room not knowing much about Central Park. My goal for the overnight trip was to visit Central Park so I wanted to be close to the park, but not empty my pockets. The hotel was further away from the main “sites” of Central Park, but that allowed us to explore even more of the park. We had a beautiful fall walk through Centeal Park with dinner at Tavern on the Green. Overall, the location worked well for us.
