Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The room was really clean and spacious, and the beds very comfy. The staff were friendly and happy to help us. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and that was pretty good too. Our room was on a high floor and there was some faint noise at night from outside but it didn't bother us at all.
Staff was super helpful and cordial from the beginning, even checking us in early. The room was small, as is every room in NYC, but clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs, right next to Grand Central, and the area felt safe. There was a water station with bottles to fill on the floor as well.
Everything was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. I know there are mixed reviews on the restaurant, but we really enjoyed it. It’s definitely a fancier type of place, with smaller portions, but everything we had was delicious. After dinner, we saw someone order a cheeseboard that looks beautiful and delicious, so we ordered one to go. It arrived in the same beautiful presentation, not to go boxes and we so enjoyed that because it added to our romantic getaway.

This was our first time staying in the Hilton Garden Inn. In the financial district we absolutely love the location as it was right next-door to our favorite restaurant Fraunces Tavern. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and helped us with directions and locations and our way around the area. Would definitely stay here again.!!!
Location is brilliant! You can easily walk to Times Square in 5-10 mins and there were lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance. Recommend’Juniors’ for breakfast and the brazen tavern for a drink and dinner. We also had one drink at the rooftop bar ‘Serafina’ (see pic for view) before a Broadway show one night.
Our stay was pleasant and fulfilled our needs. Very close to the train station which was great. I booked the room not knowing much about Central Park. My goal for the overnight trip was to visit Central Park so I wanted to be close to the park, but not empty my pockets. The hotel was further away from the main “sites” of Central Park, but that allowed us to explore even more of the park. We had a beautiful fall walk through Centeal Park with dinner at Tavern on the Green. Overall, the location worked well for us.
