I prefer the check-in method. Convenience was a big plus. Parking in the back is also a nice option. Room was neat and clean. Each room has its own bathroom. The Bed was comfortable. Very nice view from our bedroom window!

A beautiful historic building. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location ideal for exploring Newport. Afternoon Cookies were a nice touch. Also, eco friendly, no servicing of room unless requested. Friendly staff.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Location ,parking elevator clean bed and shower . All we need since we spend our days on the beach. We like that Quality Inn also has continental breakfast and inside pool .
What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.
Great location- nice view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Spacious room- comfortable beds. Restaurant- Tickets bistro conveniently across the road. Great place for dinner.
Keith was lovely with his conversation. He gave tour of the place and gave some food recommendations. Place is beautiful old inn with its rustic touch. Breakfast was ok and it had homely feeling
