Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The views of the lake from our rooms were stunning. There was also a trail you could take around the property, and there was also a lot of wild life you could see, such as the alpacas. There were a lot of options for breakfast, which is amazing for if you have picky eaters. Lunch and Dinner menu’s were also great! Got to try and taste a lot of different foods.
It was adventure to sleep on a floating island and the owner was very helpful - showed us the islands, made dinner and helped to book our next travels to Canyon Colca.
Raoul's wife cooked simple but delicious dinner and breakfast. What I liked the most is that they provided hot waters upon arrival and also next day morning - delivered to your room and kept you warm. Also the shower is HOT! toilet is super clean, even though the water pressure was a bit low but you can have a hot shower at this place which is amazing. Also the free shuttle from the port and the taxi arrangement from the bus terminal - everything went so smooth. Will definitely recommend to people.
Small, family run B&B, with a lovely menu for the dinner too. We were made to feel so welcome by the owner and her daughter.
What makes this property even more special was the garden. Spectacular.
Our host, Isaac was amazing along with his family. They brought us breakfast and dinner to our place and were always accommodating. When we had an issue we just contacted him through booking.com and he was right at our place.
Loved everything about this place! While it is rustic and it gets really cold at night, the hosts were available for all our needs (late dinner, hot water bottles in bed, etc.) and they were so great with the kids! Our kids also loved staying on the small island. Would definitely recommend this place!! Thanks for the great experience!
Dinner and breakfast were brought to my room and were very good.
The bed was very comfortable and warm.
The owners were very attentive; they also brought me a hot water bottle as it gets very cold at night.
The room was well-equipped and clean, and the view was magnificent.
I was able to watch the sunset over the lake from the terrace of my lodge.
Alos, it is possible to pay by card (with a small additional fee), which is very convenient.
The owners picked me up by boat and dropped me off the next day by boat as well.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. The staff was amazing, super friendly, helpful and very communicative.
The dogs and the cat were lovely too.
I highly recommend this place when staying on one of the Uros islands.
