I hang paintings by young Vietnamese artists in each room. They are paintings that depict everyday life in Vietnam. If you're interested, there is an interpretation of the artist's emotions or the creative context behind them. In addition, in the hallway, there are some family letters, stamps, and administrative documents preserved from the 1960s. They look old and worn, with the scent of memories, yellowed paper, and old bilingual writing in French before and after the war, famine, and heartfelt sentiments for surviving relatives after the journey across the sea... I have translated them into English. I like to think of it as a family treasure, and I don't know if any history museum would want them, so they are currently in the hallway of my house if you're interested.
"Saigonese" is me, Lin, an introverted person who is not overly friendly but will support you when you need it, based on my 35 years of experience living in this city. I can speak a little Japanese (N5 level). Being a host is really interesting, and some previous guests have become my friends, and we still keep in touch to this day. I also live with two tabby cats, but you will never see them. If you do, that means they have accepted you.
Tan Dinh Church - pink church Tan Dinh Market Close to Nhieu Loc canal and small river with jogging path surrounding the river. Close to Le Van Tam park Many local cafes, spas, and craft shops are hidden in small alleys. A variety of local jewelry stores where you can personalize your own designs or exchange foreign currency at higher-than-bank rates.
