Conveniently located between Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien (party) Streets, yet tucked in Alley 217 providing for a quiet location. Room was minimal, (it's a guest house), with a small balcony, yet had everything for a comfortable stay. Great A/C accompanied by a ceiling fan. Owners are the best, as you will not find a nicer couple providing outstanding support for your time with them. I was warmly and enthusiasticly met, and then proceeded to be shown highlighted areas to visit along with an accompanied map.
Marki Home 2 enjoys a location in Ho Chi Minh City, 2.6 miles from Fine Arts Museum and 2.7 miles from Takashimaya Vietnam. This guest house offers free private parking and luggage storage space.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Travelers who stayed in Ho Chi Minh City near Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) had good things to say about The Vinyl Homestay, Vania House, and BAP.Homestay.
Very nice, clean, modern and spacious. The beds/cabins are much more comfortable than any other hostel. It’s a bit more like a guesthouse rather than a hotel but it’s much better this way since the host family is so welcoming and friendly. Also great location, very central but still in a charming and quiet little alley.
Owner Diep is back and he and his wife have renovated and reopened Diep Anh Guest House. The tiny lobby is tucked behind secure doors in the alley just down from crazy busy Bui Vien Walking Street. Fifteen years in business, very clean guesthouse rooms are minimally furnished but everything works. Stairs up a big mahogany staircase to three floors of big rooms, Third floor room quiet. Lovely hosts who share stories.
T Zone Hostel was a really nice and cheap hostel to stay. The owners were very friendly and tried to help us whenever we had any questions.
There's a cosy restaurant downstairs were you can have diner or a drink. Furthermore, the beds were very comfortable and you get space to put your luggage away.
The hostel is located about 15 minutes by car from the city centre. It's in a quiet alley which is pleasant after you spend the day in busy HCMC.
This charming little establishment was a mix of youthful hostel energy and cool boutique hotel vibes. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The location was great- in the middle of things but still quiet and peaceful. I loved everything about it!
Nice small guesthouse with a great host. The location is very good, on a surprisingly quiet alley in a busy area of the city. The coffee shop downstairs is nice and serves good coffee and drinks for a reasonable price.
Lovely host Mr Dung and his family - very friendly and helpful and kind.
Lovely big comfy bed, clean room, kettle, pots if needed. Great bathroom and shower with toiletries. Water provided and laundry taken care of. Great location in District 3 - close to lots of shops and restaurants yet located in a quiet street which is very quaint. Highly recommended Mr Dung's lovely home.
Great guesthouse with wonderful hosts. They are really welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and the location of the guesthouse is great (in the city center but very quiet).
Everything was great! Jap was so friendly and very helpful with recommendations, directions and to talk with. He even helped book our bus to the south. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, omelette & bread & coffee. The room was a good size and very comfortable and clean.
Great location in walking distance to everywhere and also nice and quiet even though it’s in the city centre because it’s tucked away down a little side alley.
Highly recommend and thanks again Jap 😁
Ekomo Home is a quiet place, which we really appreciated after a buzzing day in the city center. The bed was good and we also received an additional blanket, because we don’t like to share one. And kudos for Anh, a great host!
