I truly enjoy the customer service of the hotel - where Ashley helped when I wanted to quieter dwelling by providing a different room. Also, the room was so cool where the bathroom was separated from the toilet and they TV had Netflix and other apps built in.

The team at the hotel was extremely friendly and courteous. This concerned staff from all departments, be it the front desk, housekeeping, F&B or security and bellboys. The breakfast room space was somewhat limited, but it was always possible to find a table, and the room around the tables was spacious. The breakfast was great with many choices, both Asian and Western options. The pool is good for a dip. The rooms with internal windows are small, but comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping teams were very attentive. The location is great, very central and close to the Opera house. We have enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend the hotel.
