Property information

This magnificent private villa offers unobstructed views of Koh Phangan Bay. Its location is ideal, 5 min from the famous fisherman village and its beaches, 10 min from chaweng beach. Big C and Makro are 3 minutes away. Easy access to the villa no steep slope which is the case for other houses. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with a king size bed, 3 bathrooms, a private toilet and air-conditioning that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The villa has an infinity pool with stunning sea views, outside sala, outdoor dining table. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, living room comfortable sofa, flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, American fridge, and all cooking utensils. It is the perfect place for a beautiful holiday with family and friends. THE SERVICES INCLUDE: Manager available all the time to respond to your requests and expectations Cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 5 nights for a minimum stay of 8 nights. Maintenance of the swimming pool twice a week Wifi Fruit basket and cold drinks upon arrival Pest control one a month. Water KIDS FRIENDLY: Baby beds and linen provided (baby under 3 years old). Highchair. Car seats available for kids from 0 to 5 years old. Extra beds (From 3 years old to 16 years old) Kids dishes Easy access to the villa but renting a car or scooters is highly recommended for your stay if you want to get around the island.
