Lovely hotel. Clean and good house keeping. Well set up for a family. Great facilities including a shared kitchen if needed. Included breakfast was delicious and varied - cooked to order. Hosts accommodating and helpful and can organise tours, laundry and taxis. Pool and hut to watch the kids. Such a comfy soft main bed! Relaxed vibe as soon as you step inside the hotel grounds.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the premises to the quality of the facilities and the comfort of the rooms. But what stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
A special thank you to the team, and particularly to Koko, a young receptionist who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions with a smile and made my stay even more enjoyable. Koko to him and the entire team for providing such outstanding service! I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return in the future !

The Cape Bar is very good The beach is good. I was warned of jelly fish but didn't spot any. No diving near by which was my fault for not checking. I would avoid the flight/bus/ferry/ bus/ taxi option Over seven hours and information is very limited.

West part of the beach, where was our hotel, was too much constructed. When the tide is high, you can't walk on the beach (as the hotels are built too close) and can't go from one hotel to another one as they have walls separating each hotels. Meaning you are basically trapped in your hotel and can go somewhere only through vehicle roads. Very impractical beach walks.

Mae Nam was lovely, crazy and busy on the main road but quiet and laid back on beach roads. Has supermarkets, pharmacy's etc.
So easy to get around to other resorts, Fishermans Village, Chewang, Lamai and Nathong. On the main road there's lots of buses songthaws that will stop for you and once you've bargained the price just hop on board, great fun

Very coarse sand with a very steep bank.
Very coarse sand with a very steep bank. It hurts your feet to walk on and it's not comfortable for sunbathing.
On the upside, water is clean and beach is very quiet with very few people and barely any beach bars or clubs.

Loving the design of the resort, very unique and beautiful. I like how it's so peaceful, unlike the big hotels. Staffs are very welcoming, especially Nadia(Thai) and Sinto(Burmese). She is very helpful, if you have any doubt about what to do in Samui. She can definitely help you out! Make sure to order some cocktails with Sinto during your stay. He makes good drinks and fun to chat with!
I cannot fault the staff! All so helpful, friendly and just generally happy to speak to us. We needed to print some train tickets off and they were more than happy to help. One lady in particular (usually there in the afternoon) would always ask about our day, give us tips and was interested in what we did in Koh Samui.
Amazing resort with an unique location. The sunrise from the resort is mindblowing. The service is really great.
This is a place where you can lean back and relax after a day of exploring Koh Samui. Favorite tip: Catch the sunset from the "infinity pool".
We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We felt very welcome since our arrival by the very nice staff. Our room was big, clean and well equiped. We definitely recommend this place to stay in Koh Samui!
