This recently renovated, spacious warm and cosy three bedroom villa awaits your group. The open plan layout is ideal for entertaining and relaxing and is heated by a large heat pump. Outdoor living on the patio includes a table and 6 chairs and a BBQ. Two car off street parking at the front of the house is available. A main bus route for the main city centre is 120m away and taxi /Uber costs are minimal to the city centre. Your St Clair experience awaits.
Hi there I'm a teacher of 33 years, married with two lads. My wife and I have lived in the St Clair area for the last 15 years and love the community and lifestyle it offers. I grew up in the Waitaki Valley two hours north of Dunedin and moved to Dunedin in 1988. My wife was born and schooled in Dunedin and is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Services. We both have travelled and lived overseas at different times and intend to do so again in the near future.
In one minute's walk you can be experiencing the amazing lifestyle of vibrant St Clair. You could be wining and dining at one of our numerous cafes and restaurants available around the famous esplanade, relaxing at the Spa St Clair or taking in the breathtaking views of the coastline. Surfing the waves, walking the beach, swimming in the salt water heated pool or enjoying the children's playground. Five minutes drive will allow you to be golfing the St Clair course or the Chisholm Park links course. 500m away and you can be enjoying the Forbury Park raceway.
