Excellent retreat in splendid isolation, nicely decorated and very comfortable off grid cabin.
Very nice fruitbasket and breakfast ingredients made a nice breakfast.
A very good bed and a great fire place to keep the cabin warm.

Our room with the full kitchen facilities was upstairs. That was our only concern. Once there we had everything we needed.
The guest laundry was brilliant -2x2 coins for wash and the same for dry.
Location was convenient- 900 metres to Woolworths, New World, Warehouse and tourist information. We walked but driving is no problem.

The walking tracks, ease of exploration of the Clutha District when based in Milton, the fish and chips from the North End Dairy.
The short walking track at Bull Creek was stunning! Also loved the Government Track and the tramp from Outram Glen to Lee Stream. It is well worth visiting Lawrence and exploring the gold mining history.
