The Cottage at River Birches has three bedrooms plus a study. Seven people could sleep there comfortably. Note that the base price is for 1-4 people. There is a fee for each additional person past four.Answered on 2 April 2023Cancellation policy

We do offer an all inclusive, private, door-to-door guided Tongariro Crossing experience. This is offered to our guests. This is not included in the room tariff.
