Bookings are online only. Please note our studio is located on second floor and entails walking up a flight of stairs. Our special studio apartment is located at the back of the building at the top end of public carpark. Turn into public carparking driveway when you see kamo macdonalds. Turn right into main carpark area. Building is located straight ahead of you at top end of carpark. Carspace is allocated for this apartment infront of garage door. This studio apartment is open plan and has a fitness machine, kitchenette, bathroom, queen bed, and awesome lounge area. This is not a party studio and if rules are broken regarding noise issues or violence you will be asked to leave immediately. We have onsite tenants so must be respectful of the noise level. We also will not tolerate guests having visitors coming and going throughout the night. Please note any sign of house rules being broken, loud music, signs of a party, signs of any business dealings such as drug dealings or escort services will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please respect our house rules.
Welcome to our kamo studio. Your hosts are locals Julie and Mike. BOOKINGS ARE ONLINE ONLY. Not a party venue as we have onsite tenants so must adhere to our noise level rules especially after 10pm. Studio is located on upper level of building so to access the studio you need to walk up some stairs. We hope you enjoy your stay. Enjoy the surrounding local cafes, restaurants and takeaways. If you have time check out the Hunderwasser at our town basin and tikipunga water fall. We also have a lovely walking loop down at town basin. So take your time to enjoy our own town. We are also surrounded by many beautiful beaches. If you have any queries we are just a text or phone call away. Enjoy Julie and Mike Kamo village also has doctors, pharmacy’s, hair salons, beauty salons, florist, eye specialist, post office, books and gift store, dairy’s, bakery’s, local police station, barbers, library etc.
