Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. We're sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as we do! Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station ! The apartment is located on the ground floor of our midcentury house. It can be closed off so you will have all the privacy you need. Because we live upstairs, we share the frontdoor & hallway, parties are not appreciated. ★ THE APPARTMENT ★ This year we restyled the interior to give it a modern look. And replaced some furniture to enjoy the place much as possible. 🗸 Large sofa 🗸 Sunny garden 🗸 Outdoor chairs & table & sofa 🗸 TV with chromecast 🗸 Music system by Sonos 🗸 Board games ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ It's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals if you choose to dine in the house. To outline a few: 🗸 Coffee machine included coffee beans 🗸 Kettle & teabag's 🗸 Toaster 🗸 Refrigerator/freezer 🗸 Whine glasses The large dining table provide enough space for a family meal or having a coffee and croissant in the morning together. ★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - 2 BEDROOMS ★ The 2 bedrooms provide place for 4 guests. Hi there! My name is Tycho and enjoy living in Utrecht. I also love traveling and meeting new people. Every time i come across a great place to stay it makes us happy. We hope to bring some happiness to guests staying at our place as well !
As the apartment is located in a residential area we ask you to always mind the neighbours and keep the volume acceptable. Please don't go in the garden after 10 pm. Parking in the street is payed, 5,50e /hour. The more affordable option is parking at the garage 'Kop van Lombok' (a 2 min walk) which has daytickets for 16e /day. There are plenty restaurants, breakfast bars and coffee cafés around the corner. Our favourites are + Pico Bello - breakfast + Kofie en Ik - koffie, pie & cake + Studio Sugar Snap - fresh made takeaway dinner - recommended !! + Pitot - restaurant around the corner + Cafe West, for a drinks at the early evening just to name a few....
