The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. It had a washing machine which was a fabulous bonus. The location felt very safe. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The sauna was great too.

Our room had a patio that was right outside our bedroom. We ordered the breakfast each morning and ate it out on the patio. It was so nice and relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out.

The location was great. It is centrally located in the heart of town and is within walking distance to the train station. The unit was nicely finished and was as presented in the photos. The host was extremely kind and messaged us part way through the stay just to check in on us and see how we were doing. The pizza restaurant downstairs was very good too.

The studio apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the basic utensils but they were more than sufficient. A nice supply of tea and coffee was a thoughtful touch. The room with a view to the inner courtyard was quiet and peaceful. The heavy curtains were perfect to keep the long evening light at bay.
The neighbourhood is present, a walking distance to bars, cafés and the old town.

We loved our stay at Barbara and Oscar's studio! It is a beautifully decorated apartment, with a well equipped kitchen and is located perfectly on one of the Utrecht canals. Barbara and Oscar gave us lots of fantastic recommendations in the area and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place!
We loved the position of this studio apartment, just out of the city centre and very peaceful on the waters edge. Excellent hosts who made sure we had everything we needed and the added extras were much appreciated.
Location was excellent, a short walk to all amenities. The balcony was a lovely addition for sitting out for coffee in the mornings. The apartment was modern and clean (apart from the couch) and had everything you would need for a short stay
The loft is located in the heart of Utrecht city, however there was little to no city noise within the apartment. The host was very kind and helpful and communication was effortless. A true gem!

Excellent location for the Uni, old town, shops and railway station. The studio flat has everything you need including table and chairs, coffee maker, fridge and there was a lovely welcome basket of fruit and yogurt. The bed is large and comfortable. The flat is warm and light and spotlessly clean. The owner is helpful and accessible . Check in and out was straightforward. We will definitely book again when we return.
This is a delightful, comfortable, compact studio flat situated in the basement of an old, characteristic house. The road is only a very short walking distance to the center but really quiet, so location is just perfect. Marjolein, our wonderful, caring host, was great at making sure we had all we needed and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. We would have no hesitation in recommending this charming place.*****
