Oasis of Peace Meterizi, nalazi se u selu Meterizi izmeďu Cetinja i Podgorice. Od Cetinja je na udaljenosti od 14 km, a od Podgorice  21,7 km. Od Rijeke Crnojevića, Preko Pavlove Strane Oasis of Peace Meterizi je na oko 6 km. Ivanova korita su na 28 km. (Vožnja žičarom od Kotora do Ivanovih Korita traje 11min). Njeguši su na 34 km, NP Lovćen je udaljen 37,9 km od Oasis of Peace. Najblizi aerodrom je u Podgorici i udaljen je 31km. Od magistralnog puta do imanja se dolazi nekih 300m novim asfaltnim putem. Oasis of Pease Meterizi smješten je na porodičnom imanju u prirodi, okružen šumom, dovoljno udaljen od naseljenih kuća da pruža ugođaj privatnosti. Na imanju je vinograd, uzgaja se razno voće i zasađene su bašte... Oasis of Pease je mjesto za odmor, šetnju rekreaciju i boravak u prirodi. Dva apartmana, lux opremljena, nalaze se u kući i imaju poseban ulaz i terase sa dvije strane...
