House of 70m2 of living space. It was built of stone in 1835, completely renovated and adapted to modern life. It consists of a large antique kitchen (equipped with all kitchen utensils, appliances and dishwasher), a large living room that can be converted into a bedroom (for up to 2 people), a small double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower. The house also has a washing machine. Wide parking.
Gornji Ceklin is a typical village of Old Montenegro, a rocky settlement overgrown with lush vegetation and intersected by smaller areas of arable land, bordered by hills with terraces on which there are vineyards. It is the largest rural settlement in the historical part of the country. The houses are built of stone and are examples of traditional national architecture. At every step, traces of the past are visible, churches (the largest village in the country), a complex of wells, guvnos, the first House of Culture in the country ... Many of these buildings have been declared cultural assets of special importance. Guests are offered the opportunity to stay in an authentic natural and architectural environment, where they can enjoy a tasting of local wines and brandies, prosciutto, and honey products and local herbs. Nearby, within a radius of several kilometers, there are active medieval monasteries, Lipska Cave and several smaller picturesque villages. Ceklin is 32 kilometers away from the capital Podgorica, 10 kilometers from the Capital Cetinje, and 5 kilometers from the River Crnojevica (a town on the shores of Skadar Lake).
