This villa is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay: air conditioners, underfloor heating, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, WI-FI, TV, and parking. The villa territory is a well-maintained and gated area with landscaped greenery and a swimming pool. Mountains, an ancient relic forest, and a variety of plants on the premises will allow you to feel secluded and comfortable. The colourful view from the villa terraces overlooking the Bay of Kotor will leave no one indifferent.
My name is Olga. My husband and I have been living in Montenegro for 10 years now. I'm involved in renting apartments and selling real estate in the cozy Green Hill complex, located in the picturesque and secluded village of Orahovac. Upon visiting this place for the first time, I fell in love with the incredible landscapes and the exceptionally clean and fresh air. Eventually, my husband and I decided that it was the perfect place not only for tourism but also for living. And so we stayed... embraced by mountains, close to the colorful old Austro-Hungarian road, with a magnificent view of the Bay of Kotor. Green Hill is located in Orahovac, near the enchanting Bay of Kotor, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers and history enthusiasts. Nearby attractions include: Kotor: A UNESCO Heritage Site with medieval buildings, charming streets, city walls, and beautiful churches. The St. John Fortress offers breathtaking views of the bay. Perast: Close by, known for its baroque palaces and islands of Our Lady of the Rocks and St. George, accessible by boat. Lustica Peninsula: To the south, enjoy secluded beaches, scenic sea views, and olive groves, offering a peaceful retreat. Tivat Bay: To the east, discover picturesque beaches, crystal-clear waters, and ancient towns. Porto Montenegro, an elite yacht marina, features luxury yachts, dining, and shopping. Skadar Lake National Park: A few hours away, the Balkans largest lake, home to diverse bird and plant species. Boat trips and birdwatching provide unique experiences.
