New built luxury building with private sandy beach and boats dock in front of the building and free parking . There are four commodious apartments with balconies and sea view. Apartments are very comfortable , modern equipped, located right on the sea line which enables peaceful, intimate, family holiday. Each apartment beside bedroom with big size double bed has very comfortable sofa with anatomic mattress (thickness 18cm) in the commodious living room and completely equipped kitchen. The equipment for barbecue is provided also.

Obala Djuraševića is located on Luštica peninsula, on the southern shore of the Bay of Tivat in the Bay of Kotor. It is a really calm and authentic place on the coast in the beautiful Tivat Bay, far enough from city noise and crowd and still close to the city center of Tivat, Budva and Kotor. The place is known by the calm and warm sea, nice view toward small islands "Sveti Marko", island called "Ostrvo Cvijeća" and "Gospa od milosti". Also in few minutes of walk vicinity you can find famous Nikki Beach and in 5 minutes of drive you can reach many famous Montenegrin beaches also.
