Nice attractive two story natural clay house. Built with natural materials which found within our own estate. And of course with built in proper bath rooms. And the newest addition to our eco business is the open type restaurant built with mostly with the material which we found from our own estate.
We are entrepreneur land lords who are cultivating world famous Ceylon tea and Ceylon cinnamon and other crops like black pepper, coconut, king-coconut and other tropical fruit verities. We are running The Morakanda estate from 2005.
There are lots of tea estates and tea fields including many tea factories within our neighborhood. Hence this area has the most dense population involve in Ceylon tea business. More to add is the lush green paddy fields which are covering vast area of the surroundings. Of course there are many foot hills and mountain ranges to add to the local beauty.
