An architect designed two-level house with a roof terrace. Private garden with a few mango trees. Well ventilated rooms and spacious living, dining and kitchen. Roof terrace with excellent views to Diyawanna Lake and the national parliament. Walking distance to groceries and to Baddegana Wetland park.
We boast an extremely clean and well-maintained property. Our manager is efficient and resourceful. We have a trained cleaning team and also possibility of providing Sri Lankan breakfasts for a fair rate, if our guests requests in advance.
Very safe neighbourhood. Grocery shopping (600m), walking paths (400m), Ethnic foods, street foods, and entertainments (1.2km). National Parliament (600m). Lush green.
