Our home (444/C) located near sea beach, kalutara tourism area and near five-star tourist Hotels.(" CITRUS-WASKADUWA" and , "TURYAA BEACH HOTEL) SEA VIEW We are welcome only tourists from foreign countries.
I am a retired Army officer and a experience tour guide. I am renting out my up stair with 3 rooms for guests. 2 Air conditioned and 02 fan cooling.i give a ironing facility, dressing table, separate smoking area, cooking facility with all equipment and gas (above 3 days stay only) Also we have sea breeze villa with 2 rooms. each room has a private bath room and a kitchen ( with all the equipment)
Our home stay situated near the beach and CITRUS waskaduwa beach resort and TURYAA beach resort. many tourist guest houses and restaurants around the home stay. But my home situated in a green lush garden and many monkeys and small animals roaming here and there always.but they are not dangerous.
